Founder & President
Anthony is the founder and President of The Oak & Avery Group. By leveraging his preexisting relationships and transactional experience, his mission is to expand the firm’s footprint in the tri-state area. Priding himself on an unparalleled work ethic and passion for deal making, the daily intricacies of commercial real estate brokerage come as fulfillment and gratification.
Prior to arriving at the commercial real estate scene, Anthony worked in the financial industry holding positions in both trading and investment banking. He holds a BS in Economics from Cornell University.
When not taking phone calls, he spends his time reading, studying foreign languages, exercising or traveling.
David Algarin is the Vice President of Investment Sales at The Oak & Avery Group. David focuses on the sale of multifamily, mixed-use, retail, and development properties in the New York Metro Area.
Having arrived directly from a Brooklyn based investment sales firm, David comes to The Oak & Avery Group with extensive experience in underwriting and transacting complex development sites and multifamily assets throughout the NYC Market. Over the course of his career, he has been directly involved in the sale of over $150,000,000 worth of investment real estate. David prides himself on being a liaison between buyers and sellers and lending his expertise and relationships to every investor or owner he encounters.
David Holds a BA in Finance, with a Minor in Spanish from Baruch College. When he is not building new client relationships, David spends his time traveling, expanding his real estate knowledge, and exercising.
